Canyon Voyages Adventure Company offers ACA Certified whitewater kayak instruction in the warm waters of the Colorado River near Moab, Utah. Our kayak school is geared towards beginner and intermediate paddlers who wish to improve their river kayaking skills.
Since 1984, Canyonlands Field Institute has brought together people of all ages. We offer outdoor and environmental education adventures covering science, ecology, cultures and natural history through hiking and river trips, workshops, tours and a Graduate Residency Program in Environmental Education.
There are many things to see and do on the river; from viewing rock art left by ancient Native Americans, exploring abandoned pioneer ranches, and spotting wildlife; including bear, big horn sheep and wild horses.
